The Beginning of cryptocurrency

Everything has a point beginning in this world, be it the world itself. But, what was the initial point of cryptocurrency’s discovery? Well, in 2008, a pseudonymous person or a group of persons, named Satoshi Nakamoto, prescribed a whitepaper that laid down the basic idea of what a digitally cryptic currency means. It was termed as a digital cryptocurrency, considering its origin and the first-ever cryptocurrency was named Bitcoin, a peer-to-peer Electronic Cash System. The discoverers stated that the process of writing the code for Bitcoin, being the first of its kind, was started way back in 2007, to prepare a backbone of the idea and surround it with the possibility of its great existence.

 

On 18th August 2008, the discoverer(s) cultivated the idea by registering for a domain name bitcoin.org and a website was presented to change the world of investment. On January 9 2009, 0.1 version of Bitcoin software on SourceForge and launched the network. Therefore today, we have the smallest version of Bitcoin known as Satoshi, which is technically named after the anonymous founder(s) Satoshi Nakamoto.

 

The time passed by and development came along in the digital world. This led to thousands of digital platforms refer, modify and create varieties of cryptocurrency tokens and hence we have a different era of trading and investing that we witness today.
